| We have serviced over 75 clients in PA, South
and North Jersey, Honolulu in 5 years. Our business is 95%
referral based.
Please review our policies and operating procedures.

- We operate mostly via email. Scheduled meetings
and phone calls are limited to after 5pm M-F and on
weekends.
- Deposit of 50% is required for all work.
Accounts for monthly billing is subject to approval.
Visa, MC and Checks. AMEX to limited clients.
- Websites have a review policy of 30 days after
publishing. Any changes after 30 days is subject to
a maintenance contract.
- Once your website is published it can take up to
60 to 90 days to show well in Google. We do not
guarantee placement. If a web design company tells
you they can "guarantee" top placement, proceed with
caution - it not possible with any search engine.
- Payment for invoices is due based on due date.
Non payment of invoice is subject to interruption of
website services.
- For proper scheduling of work, we request 10
days notice for any work. Short notice projects may
be refused. If completed, are subject to a 20% Rush
Fee. We do schedule work for 1 year out with
clients.
- Email lists over 400 names require your own
account to send emails. Please contact us for
details, starts at $10 a month.
- We reserve the right to turn down projects and
clients that are not a good fit to our business
growth and module.
- Your project will be done in Dreamweaver,
Photoshop, Flash CS3 or CS4. Other programs we may
use are Fireworks, Snagit and Captivate.
